CONNEA TRAVEL PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We highly appreciate your interest in using of  some of  CONNEA TRAVEL packages for your next trip. We have the honour to ask you to pay your kind attention to the following terms and conditions (the CONNEA TRAVEL Package Terms and Conditions) and to read them carefully:

  1.      Ownership and Use of Site:

  ° This site, and each of its modules, together with the arrangement and compilation of the content shown on this site (including the trademarks, logos, etc.) is the copyrighted intellectual property of CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and/or its third party providers and distributors. The rights to this property are non transferable and cannot be exploited without the written permission of CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. or its third parties.

° CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and you may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. The use of this site for any other purposes whatsoever is to be considered as an unauthorized use which may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws and rights and which is strictly prohibited. Such an unauthorized use may create your liability for any damages resulting from any infringement or violation of intellectual laws and rights.

° When using this site, you are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your account information and your password and you agree to accept a full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and/or password.

° Entering to this site you confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to conclude binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site and you understand you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those who use or will use your login information.

° When using the CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. services through this site you consent to the use of your personal information by CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. in the way necessary to ensure a good and fair rendition of these services.

° You accept that any suggestions, ideas, comments, etc. or any other information submitted by you on this site, if any and whatsoever might be, are not, at all and in any case, subject to any of intellectual property rights and CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or submitted by you.

° CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and any third party providers and distributors make no warranty of any kind regarding this site and/or any materials provided on this site, all of which are provided on an „as is“ bais. CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and any third party providers and distributors do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content or data shown on this site.

 2.      Limitation of Liability:

  ° In no event shall CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and/or any third party providers or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special incidental or consequential damages of any kind whether based in contract or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with:

-          any use of this site or content shown herein,

-          any failure or delay (including, but not limited to the use of or inability to use any component of this site for reservations or ticketing), or

-          the performance or non performance by CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. or any third party

-          providers or distributors, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.

° Neither CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. nor any third party providers or distributors warrant that this site, its servers or any e-mails sent from CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. are free of viruses or other harmful components and assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to use of browsing in this site and/or your downloading of any data, text or images from this site.

° In it sole discretion, in addition to any other right or remedies available to CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and without any liability whatsoever, should CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. find any breach or infringement of its rights and/or conditions resulting from the relationship between CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and you, CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of this site.

° CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. may amend the CONNEA TRAVEL Package Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, the amended terms and conditions will be effective when posted on this site. Please note that the terms and conditions, including change and cancellation policies stated below may be more restrictive than, and take precedence over, any conflicting policies, terms and conditions otherwise applicable to any individual travel product included in the package.

° Prices displayed are in CZK . CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. reserves the right to correct an error in any advertised price prior to your departure.

° You will specify individual items of your package (to make your order complete) and indicate your credit card details. CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. will acknowledge receipt of your order therewith stating that your order (reservation) will be duly confirmed within 48 hours including the number of your reservation. In any case, Eurogolf Travel s.r.o. does not guarantee the obligations of third parties.

° Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your CONNEA TRAVEL Package at the time of booking your reservation.You may have separate credit card charges for each product in your package, totalling the amount quoted for your package. No aspect of the package is guaranteed (including price, availability or dates of travel, etc.) until full payment is received.

° Should CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. not be able to confirm your requirements, no charge is billed on your credit card. If a any payment is effected in advance, the respective amount will be immediately released at your disposal.  

° Receipt of full payment constitues final acceptance of these CONNEA TRAVEL Package Terms and Conditions.

° It is your full responsibility to provide wherever necessary the required travel documents and to keep these documents valid and suitable to the requirements in force in the country of your journey (including visas, etc.). We suggest that you check with the country´s local consulate or other office if you have any questions. You will not be eligible for refunds if an improper documentation results in delayed or unused components of your package.

° All persons under your package must travel on the same itinerary. Individual travelers cannot be added or deleted from an CONNEA TRAVEL package after booking. Once your package is booked, your reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name for any component of a package.

° Each component of your package is provided by the applicable airline, hotel, rental car company, Attractions and Services provider, transport lines, etc. (each to be understood as a „Travel Supplier“). While we will try, at your request, to obtain alternative arrangement in the event of a cancellation by any Travel Supplier, we are not responsible for the performance of the Travel Supplier or for reimbursement of money paid by you (or any incidental or consequential or other damages) in the event that the Travel Supplier fails to perform its obligations. Any claims that you may have with regard to the goods and services purchased or reserved through this site must be addressed to the Travel Supplier, either directly or through Eurogolf Travel s.r.o.

° Delivery of vouchers covering the CONNEA TRAVEL packages will be effected by electronic mail (e-mails) sent at the address indicated in the profile which you create when entering on this site.

° Any information from the part of CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. will be passed to you by e-mails at the same e-mail address or by telephone using the number you indicated as your contact reference.                                         

    4. Pricing, Taxes, Fees, Payments:

° Prices and availability of individual components of your package are valid only in conjuction with the package in its entirety and do not apply to any single component thereof. Due to contractual conditions between CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o and its Travel Suppliers, CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. is not able to provide you with a breakdown of the costs for each individual component of your package if the total package charge has been billed as one amount on your credit card.

°  Any package prices include taxes and service fees applicable to airfare and hotel stay components of your package, but additional fuel and security surcharge may be charged by the Travel Supplier at time of check-in. You are solely responsible for any such additional charges due a Travel Supplier. If you have any question about such charges please contact the Travel Supplier directly.

° The CONNEA TRAVEL package prices quoted do not include liability insurance, drop-off charges, gas, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, child safety seats for rental cars, incidental room charges at the hotel (such as telephone access, in-room movies, energy surchages and any applicable increases in taxes, etc.). These charges must be paid at the rental car or hotel counters at time of car pickup or leaving of the hotel.

° Payment in full must be made with a credit card at the time of booking your reservation and you authorize CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. or an authorized third party to charge the credit card that you provide for the total amount of purchase. You may also be required by a Travel Supplier to present a credit card at the time of check-in, rental, or pick up to provide confirmation of authorized card use or to secure any additional charges.

° The cardholder must be a traveler listed on the reservation.

° No refund will be given for unused or partially used package components.

    5. Changes and Cancellations:

° You must always call CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. only to change or cancel any package arranged through CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. Please do not call in any case the individual Travel Supplier.    

°  If you make any changes or cancellation to your CONNEA TRAVEL package, you will have to pay a general change or cancellation fee of 50 (fifty) EUR at all times as well as any other change or cancellation fees, if any, adressed by a Travel Supplier (please note that change or cancellation fees vary by Travel Supplier and may be higher during peak travel periods).

° Any payments in connection with a change or cancellation must be effected in the same way as the original payment. 

° Purchase of travel insurance may help you to avoid or recover certain change and cancellation fees (to be purchased separately by you or through CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o.). In case you wish to include your travel insurance into your package please specify it in your requirement. Benefits and their range are payable subjet to the limits of coverage purchased and important limitations apply.

            Changes:

            ° All changes are subject to availability and limitations and restrictions of the Travel Suppliers. Availability may be very limited namely during peak travel periods.

            ° Some airline tickets cannot be changed.

            ° The origin and destination cities for any package cannot be changed.

            ° The hotel property cannot be changed, although room category changes may be allowed.

            ° The car category cannot be downgraded (for example, from a mid-size to an economy).

            ° You must pay any increase in price resulting from a change.

            ° Once your are within 24 hours of day of departure, no changes can be made. No refunds are allowed for early checkout. Once you have departed, no changes are allowed.   

            Cancellations:

             ° You may only cancel your entire package within the range as purchased from CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and not any individual component.

             ° The air portion of your CONNEA TRAVEL package is non-refundable.

             ° You will be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by Travel Suppliers, such as airline or hotel cancellation fees or charges. Please note that, for some hotels, once your reservation is confirmed, your reservation may be wholly non-refundable.

             ° The refundable portion of your purchase, if any, will be refunded less cancellation fees.

     6. Special Provisions (Air Fare, Hotel, Rental Car)

Air Fare

° Airline Ticket Terms and Conditions, which includes various rules and restrictions apply to your airline tickets, namely:

-          Tickets are non-transferable.

-          Name changes are not allowed.

-          Some airline tickets may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.

-          All travelers must travel on the same itinerary.

-          Changes to the airline tickets after travel has commenced may not be allowed.

Hotel

° Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. When confirming your package, you agree with the total reservation price (including tax and other fees) and that your credit card will be charged by CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. for the total reservation price.                                                                                    

° You have to pay charges, if any, for telephone access, in-room movies and energy surcharges as well as you are responsible for any incidental charges at your hotel.

°  You have to comply with the age regulations, if any, to check-in to a hotel.

° Hotel photos, if any, are representative only and do not necessarily depict the actual room in which guests will be accommodated.

° All hotel imposed cancellation fees will apply to your package cancellations or changes.

Rental Car

° Each car day included in your package consists of a 24-hour period beginning when the car is picked up. If the rental car is returned beyond the number of days included in your package, additional charges may apply. Additional charges incurred must be paid directly to the rental car company. Additional days beyond the period purchased in your package may be charged at a different rate or with additional week, day, or hourly charges.

° A valid driver´s licence and major credit card will be required prior to renting a car.

° No refund will be made for unused rentals, unused or partially used days.

° Car rental includes charges for one primary driver. Additional drivers may incure a fee.

° Fuel, optional collision damage protection, airport imposed taxes/fees, overtime and drop-off charges, additional driver fee, children´s safety seats, and other optional items, if any, are always extra.

° Some airports impose a tax or fee if you choose to exit on a shuttle bus.

° Additional charges may apply if a rental car is not returned to the city where it originated.

° You must respect the minimum driver´s age in the country of rental. Travel Suppliers may also impose limitations on the areas where the vehicle may be driven. It is your responsibility to confirm age eligibility and permissible driving areas directly with the Travel Supplier (Car rental) prior to purchase.

° Travel Suppliers reserve the right to refuse any request for rental if not meeting rental requirements of the respective Supplier. Driving records may be checked. Credit cards will only be charged for any optional items such as insurance, special equipment, additional driver fees, fuel purchase options, upgrades and charges other than the base price of the car plus tax. You may contact the car company for specifics.

     7. Final Provisions:

° You shall defend and indemnify CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and any third party providers and distributors and their officers and employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

° This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws in force of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Czech Republic, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.

° If CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. or its affiliates take any action to enforce this Agreement and/or these Terms and Conditions, they will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney´s fees and any costs of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which Eurogolf Travel s.r.o. or its affiliates may be entitled.  

° These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

° CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

° CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. may terminate this Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to CONNEA TRAVEL s.r.o. and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable. 

° This Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supercedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder to third parties.
